I am Gina McPherson, the creator of Trailer Buckles. My husband, Matt and I have been in the horse business for many years. Training horses, teaching horsemanship, show and rodeo events and team roping has provided us extra income while raising our sons, Conner and Tyler.

The concept of a Trailer Buckle award came about as I was cleaning out old boxes of ribbons and trophies that had been stored for years. What to do with all those mementos of fun times, special horses and triumphs that are too bulky to store and too important to throw away was the problem that spurred my imagination. Being a part-time artist lent an element of graphic design to my vision which led to the Trailer Buckle as a solution to the bulky awards dilemma.

Devoting my life to kids and horses, as my mother Lynda Burns did before me, has been very rewarding. To continue that tradition is what Trailer Buckles is all about.
